This page describes my small company in the Fox Valley. I am currently the sole employee and proprietor, but I have been conducting business in some form for over 3 years. The bottom line of my company is that I charge up to a third of what computer technicians charge. Currently I only provide services to home PC users. Below is a summary of my services:

• Computer repair/troubleshooting, both software and hardware

• consultation - broadband, pc purchases
• internet security
• other miscellaneous services

So what's the bottom line?
The bottom line is that HCS is not my full-time job. I perform these services because I enjoy working with people to help them better understand their computers and the internet and to help make home computing easier and less frustrating. I also feel that the rates that some computer technicians charge is rediculous for a home user to pay for.
